Despite not being able to hold the Third Annual Rep Summit in Carefree, Arizona, Brilliance conducted the event virtually on August 5, 2020.
The sales organization first heard from Shane Mikkelsen, Vice President of Sales, about infinite leadership. Then, Brilliance Co-Owner Steve Gold, spoke about how people, passion, and purpose lead to success. Last but not least, Bryan Gold, Co-Owner, shared the overwhelming success of the Metal Works fixture line and what’s to come for the company.

2019 Sales Rep Awards
Francisco Dutriz received the President’s Club Award for selling more than $1,000,000 during 2019. He also received the 2019 Top Percentage to Annual Sales Goal Award for reaching more than 108% of his sales goal for the year. Way to go, Francisco!
