Job Description

The graphics & marketing position reports to the Director of Marketing and has responsibility for the graphics and design involved in company branding efforts, print materials, digital materials, advertising efforts, social media and industry show/events coordination. This position will also be responsible for supporting the graphics & design needs of our rep network. Experience with event planning is a plus. This position will work closely and in conjunction with other marketing team members. This position is required to be in the office. Remote work is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to prepare and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional design activities·
• Coordinate all design efforts around all industry shows/events·
• Support design needs for roll-out of new products and ongoing product updates·
• Create marketing and training presentations·
• Collaborate with sales and tech support/trainer roles·
• Partner with marketing director to assist in designing all marketing
• materials/promotions·
• Fulfill Company Video And Photography NeedsQualifications·
• Strong team player with very good interpersonal skills·
• Excellent organizational skills and follow up skills·
• High degree of creativity·
• Ability to take direction, yet be a confident self-starter·
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; an effective communicator·
• Experience in lighting design and/or LED lighting industry knowledge a plus·
• Capable of developing and delivering marketing presentations·
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize·
• Passion, honesty, humility, integrity, empathy, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed·
• Must have 2 to 3 years of comparable experience in graphics and design·
• Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and be proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign·
• Photography and videography experience a plus
