Product Description

The Brilliance Versa Beam is an easy-to-install, versatile lighting solution that accommodates various landscape lighting configurations. It can be used for hanging, hardscape, and in-ground applications, providing indirect lighting for both aesthetics and safety.

Best Practices: Installation & Configuration

VersaBeam Optics Instructions

  1. Remove the accessory cap from the top of the fixture.
  2. Choose the desired optics lens (15°, 30°, or 60° beam angle).
  3. Place the optic over the diode; remove it for a wider beam angle.
  4. Secure the optic louver retention ring.
  5. If needed, place the honeycomb louver on top.
  6. Reinstall the accessory cap to secure all components.

Ground Stake Installation for Soft Soil

  1. Connect the power cable from the light engine to the landscape cable.
  2. Lay the power cable into the slot on the stake.
  3. Press the light engine and stake into the ground.
  4. Use a level to ensure the stake is properly aligned.
  5. Secure all cable connections following the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Ground Stake Installation for Hard Soil

  1. Dig a 4” wide by 10” deep hole.
  2. Use a rubber mallet to gently insert the stake.
  3. Ensure the stake is level with the ground.
  4. Attach the light engine and place the power cable in the slot.
  5. Connect the power cable and secure all cable connections.

Flange Installation for Concrete & Hardscape

  1. Use 1” SCH40 PVC conduit as a sleeve.
  2. Cut the conduit to the required length.
  3. Connect the power cable from the light engine.
  4. Use a mechanical connection for all cables.
  5. Apply a small amount of silicone to the underside of the flange.
  6. Drop the Versa Beam light engine with the flange into the conduit.

Hanging Applications

  1. Leave a drip loop on the cable.
  2. Secure all cable connections as per manufacturer guidelines.
  3. Attach the fixture to the desired mounting location.
