I had a client I met at a homeshow in April 2019 approach me in reference to someone who had installed a poor lighting system that lamps and fixtures we’re both failing in after just 2 years. I did a consult and installed new wiring connectors light fixtures along with 17 brilliance pro grade mr16 lamps. The same client called me yesterday almost 6 years to the day and his original transformer the other guy installed finally failed. I installed a new transformer and smart socket 3 which worked beautifully for the clients who called to let me know the lights came on and praise the Brilliance LED lamps for being trouble free going on 6 years . As a former concert lighting technician I highly recommend Brilliance products and Kevin Smith who could not be a nicer and more knowledgeable guy.
I highly recommend Brilliance LED and have installed hundreds of their lamps and quite a few smart sockets for my clients.

I had a Brilliance wifi smart socket for my landscape lighting. It stopped working suddenly. I emailed the company. Kevin responded the same day and mentioned that the unit is not under warranty. However, Kevin offered to send a replacement unit at no charge.

I received the Smart Socket 2.0 today. I installed the socket and it is working great. The smart socket is a great product and I highly recommend it.

I appreciate the promptness in responding and also going the extra mile to keep the customer happy.

I have had a Brilliance wifi smart socket 2 for a couple of years that has worked beautifully with my landscape lighting. I started having a problem and emailed the company. Kevin responded the same day and worked me through the correction. Pleasure to work with. It's an awesome product, easy to connect to wifi and to use. Now I know the customer service is just as good as the product. Highly recommend. Used a couple of other smart sockets in the past and this is far better.

My name is Todd Meyer, and I own North Star Outdoor Lighting in Arizona. I always test my product before I install at a customers home. I want to insure my customers will have the best product, warranty, and longevity for their dollar. I started using the Brilliance product over 6 years ago. I have installed over 5,000 of their LED lamps. That being said, I have had two lamps bad in the box, and two fail in the field, in six years. That says it all, 100% greatness! ALL other product lines have failed me. Remember we live in the desert with some of the most extreme heat. Brilliance has the highest heat rating for all LED's that I have dealt with. Plus they are right here in the great state of Arizona. Not China.
